Digital & Neuroscience Project Analyst (Scent & Care), Singapore
As a Digital & Neuroscience Project Analyst, you will be supporting (and leading in some cases) the quantitative consumer research methods development, automation of consumer data analysis collection and development of predictive models that cross-reference other data sources. The development should be guided by an understanding of the commercial problems faced by our stakeholders with a view to providing insights that can inform their decisions. You will report directly to DNI Manager.
The Position:
Prototype data applications (storage, management, or analysis) that can provide value-added insights or efficiencies.
Build, validate, test and deploy machine/deep learning approaches to predict consumer outcomes using proven and experimental techniques.
Advise on sources and types of data that could enhance the predictive value of consumer models.
Develop suitable consumer research designs to address specific business cases.
Able to conduct hands-on fieldwork operations in APAC region.
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
Present findings from consumer research projects to internal stakeholders and customers.
Able to support project management work for all market research activities including:
Liaising with vendors on cost quotations.
Managing and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of project work.
Work with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups and act as the principal touch point between them.
The Candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Computer Science OR Social Sciences with an emphasis on research methods.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Proficient in MSOffice (ie. Excel, Powerpoint)
An analytical mind and strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings through written and verbal presentations.
Experience in end-to-end project management would be an added advantage.
