Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the team in evaluating new investment opportunities, both locally and overseas

• Perform financial analyses, structuring and feasibility studies entailing cash-flow analysis and yield projections

• Provide key support in evaluating, planning and steering property assets under management to optimize investment returns

• Assist in preparing recommendation reports for proposed acquisitions / divestments

• Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance and prepare the market reports

• Work hand-in-hand with the respective Property Manager to ensure that the property business plans are executed diligently

• Develop and maintain financial and asset models to analyze the performance of portfolio at property level and prepare asset reports on the properties

• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in any relevant field

• At least 1-2 years of related experience

• Good knowledge and understanding of financial modelling concepts

• Prior experience in property fund and real estate will have additional advantage

• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills

• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-driven, ability to multi-task and able to work within tight deadlines
