The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank is seeking a Principal HR Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition, based in Beijing. This strategic role focuses on developing talent acquisition frameworks, enhancing recruitment processes through AI, and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience and a strong track record in executive recruitment.
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is "Financing Infrastructure for Tomorrow" in Asia and beyond, with sustainability at its core. The Human Resources Department (HRD) develops and implements strategies, policies, and programs to attract, hire, develop, and retain talents. HRD also advises on HR and corporate culture issues to align policies with AIIB's mission, vision, and strategic goals, focusing on staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training, compensation, benefits, and rewards.
The Principal, Head of Talent Acquisition, is responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition and internal mobility framework aligned with AIIB's long-term goals. They will leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include designing sourcing strategies, strengthening employer branding, and fostering partnerships with global recruitment firms and academic institutions. The role ensures inclusive hiring by embedding D&I principles and mitigating biases. They will also monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and continuously optimize hiring and mobility processes.
