The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is "Financing Infrastructure for Tomorrow" in Asia and beyond, with sustainability at its core. The Human Resources Department (HRD) develops and implements strategies, policies, and programs to attract, hire, develop, and retain talents. HRD also advises on HR and corporate culture issues to align policies with AIIB's mission, vision, and strategic goals, focusing on staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training, compensation, benefits, and rewards.

The Principal, Head of Talent Acquisition, is responsible for developing and executing a strategic talent acquisition and internal mobility framework aligned with AIIB's long-term goals. They will leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Key responsibilities include designing sourcing strategies, strengthening employer branding, and fostering partnerships with global recruitment firms and academic institutions. The role ensures inclusive hiring by embedding D&I principles and mitigating biases. They will also monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and continuously optimize hiring and mobility processes.

Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
  • Develop and implement a forward-looking talent attraction strategy aligned with AIIB's strategic and growth objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation of recruitment processes using AI, analytics, and automation.
  • Introduce innovative sourcing channels to attract a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Oversee adoption of HR technologies like ATS, predictive analytics, and AI talent identification tools.
Internal Talent Mobility
  • Promote internal mobility by collaborating with Learning & Organizational Effectiveness to identify high-potential internal talent.
  • Work with departments to develop an internal mobility framework.
  • Enhance career progression opportunities, integrating mobility and succession planning into recruitment.
  • Implement tech-driven career development tools to facilitate seamless internal mobility.
Talent Attraction
  • Enhance AIIB's reputation as an employer of choice through global branding campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Requirements
