The Company
My client is a progressive company with strong growth and expansion plans. Keen to hire a hands-on and highly driven individual to oversee a regional portfolio focusing on business planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.

Approx. 80% of the portfolio focuses on Financial Planning & Analysis, and remaining 20% on financial reporting, consolidation and related statutory matters.

Requirements

• Degree/ ACCA qualified with prior external audit background and strong Regional FP&A experience in the commercial sector
• Required: Experience in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and able to support in financial reporting, consolidation, audit and projects
• Good communication skills, highly driven and motivated, hands-on, hardworking, collaborative, team player, positive attitude, flexible
• Strong Excel skills, and able to drive automation and improvement initiatives

Job Scope
As an individual contributor, you will support in regional business planning, preparation of consolidated reports and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, analyze data to assess financial and business performance, identify key drivers behind variances between actuals and budget, and communicate key insights to senior management. You will work with the investment team to review P&L and balance sheet valuations, support ad hoc projects and system improvement initiatives, and evaluate existing workflows to drive automation and further efficiency. Around 20% of the portfolio will be focusing on requirements such as audit, tax, preparation of consolidated financial statements, and financial reporting.
