DESIGNATION : [KOTRA Singapore] HR Senior Executive/HR Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Policy management in compliance with Singapore labour regulations and MOM guidelines

  • Management of payroll, attendance, and leave systems

  • Support for performance reviews, employee engagement, and training programs

  • Handling of work pass applications and renewals (WP/EP)

  • HR data reporting and process improvement initiatives

  • Lead HR projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams



QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Only candidates with HR experience in Singapore will be considered

  • For Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of HR experience

  • For Manager: Minimum 5 years of HR experience

  • Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR operations

  • Proficient in English communication

  • Able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment

  • Applicants with limited formal experience may still be considered if they demonstrate sufficient relevant skills or hands-on experience related to the role.
