Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, skilled in content creation, and adept at using analytics to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, etc.).
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Manage social media campaigns and track performance for each platform.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and build online communities.
  • Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to optimize performance.
  • Create monthly performance reports and use insights to guide future strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and engagement metrics.
