We are seeking an experienced Operations Response Lead, who will be embedded with one of our major MNC clients. Reporting to the Southeast Asia Security Manager, the primary responsibility includes providing advice and expertise to ensure the security and safety of the client's premises, property, and, most importantly, personnel.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Coordinate 24/7 coverage.
- Deliver core function security responsibilities at both sites.
- Provide advice on Access Management: ensure access management systems and processes are being adhered to.
- Provide advice on Alarm Management: manage the effective security response to all alarms impacting the stakeholder's space.
- Incident Management: coordinate the Group Security response to local issues and incidents impacting the security and safety environment.
- Life Safety: oversee the Group Security life safety response capabilities and responsibilities within the stakeholder's space.
- Risk Management: ensure patrol, system, and equipment check protocols and reporting are adhered to, so all Group Security dependencies are in good working order. Identify and address any defects or risks in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Risk Mitigation: support facility and risk assessment processes to identify and mitigate facility risks.
- Implement team training and drilling initiatives to drive and reinforce core competency capabilities.
- Work with Security Management to identify core function process, performance, and productivity gains.
- Identify and escalate any breaches or areas of concern relating to security personnel, procedures, or systems.
- Leadership: provide guidance and direction to the team to enable team members to achieve individual potential and realize best practice delivery to the stakeholder.
- Support (or lead in absence of SEA Security Manager) the security incident response for issues affecting the stakeholder's business in SEA geography.
- Oversee Security Systems & Projects with effective delivery of day-to-day security provision to stakeholder's offices with supervisory over the Security Systems & Projects Manager.
- Support regional innovation and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support regional management to develop an internal audit capability.
- Be available for short-term deployment to support region-wide resiliency and capacity building.
- Support quality control assurance for other security functions within SEA (e.g., Jakarta).
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prefer at least a Diploma, must have at least five years of experience.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
