Key Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct daily routine work and data logging for all facility equipment such as CDA, Electrical LT panel, water systems, and monitor equipment status for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance according to schedules assigned by the Engineer.
- Supervise and monitor maintenance service contractors, ensuring work procedures align with the scope of work.
- Assist vendors with facility preventive maintenance tasks, such as system switchovers for chillers, cooling towers, compressors, dryers, etc.
- Implement and oversee the Facilities alarm monitoring plan.
- Supervise contractors' work and assist with repair work as needed.
- Assist in Clean-room maintenance and respond to production breakdown calls.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in service quality, energy and water conservation, and equipment reliability.
- Oversee new construction and installation projects for production and office expansion, actively participating in design and specification finalization.
- Coordinate lighting replacements in cleanrooms and administrative areas.
- Conduct inspections, checks, and minor repairs on building-related issues such as partitions, floor tiles, sliding doors, etc.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience with equipment such as package units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BAS, BMS, pumps, cooling towers, etc.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
