Qualifications

• Min 6 years’ experience as a BIM coordinator/modeler.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist BIM manager to coordinate & build the model of structural elements
• Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction work
• Coordinate with consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues
• Coordinate and oversee the extraction of key data from project model for quantity take-off, logistics, etc.
• Interface with project planner to create 4D model
• Liaise with document controllers for accurate data transfer
• Interface with peers of their discipliners to resolve basic modelling issues
• Able to assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM processes
• Able to handle different scales of oversea projects concurrently

Requirements:

• Min 6 years’ experience working as a BIM coordinator/modeler
• Experience on producing structural shop drawing
• Able to operate with Revit/Navisworks
• Able to operate Civil 3D/Dynamo will be advantage
• Good understanding of building works (Civil & Infrastructural works are preferred) and able to associate BIM with construction needs
• Willingness to learn and use of new software/technology
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion stages, including Asset management model, COBIE system and standard classifications will be advantage
• Self-driven and good time management
