HOW TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

BUILD BUSINESS

  • Direct briefs and develop compelling visual ideas with your creative team, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and execute ideas and visual assets that align with a brand’s tone, identity, and overall strategy, including social content, influencer activations, and broader campaign work.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to concept fresh, culturally relevant visual ideas that work across platforms and formats.
  • Provide strong conceptual and strategic direction, ensuring the work stays true to the brand's essence and reflects "Truth Well Told."
  • Work closely with the ECD and/or CCO to maintain creative excellence as the agency's core value.
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies, cultural trends, and social developments to provide clients with innovative and impactful ideas.
  • Ensure efficient and timely delivery of creative requirements, supporting agency business through pitches.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 9-13 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Proven experience working on brand-level projects across multiple markets.
  • History of international award recognition.
  • Exceptional ability to create visually stunning, idea-driven work.
  • A pulse on social platforms, creator culture, and emerging content formats—with the ability to turn insights into creative action.
  • Strong leadership skills in mentoring junior creatives.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
