Job description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Source and develop new accounts through proactive business solicitation.
  • Achieve revenue and sales targets set by management.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant to ensure profitability.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts and client relationships.
  • Develop pricing and sales strategies.
  • Provide monthly sales reports.
  • Convert sales leads into sales opportunities.
  • Manage all events to achieve optimal departmental revenue targets set by management.
  • Conduct restaurant facility tours.
  • Promote guest satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Prepare Event Orders, Proposals, Confirmations, and other agreements.
  • Assist in conceptualizing events.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintain a sales-driven mindset with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of market trends.
  • Demonstrate the capability to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales or events management.
