About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the orderly and efficient implementation of the company's HR work (including workforce planning, recruitment and deployment, performance management, job qualifications, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and HR services).
• Based on the company's organizational structure, talent assessment results, and business needs, define and implement talent acquisition plans and key talent development plans to ensure the talent requirements for various business stages are met.
• Maintain and promote the company's corporate culture, strengthen the organizational atmosphere, and create a healthy and vibrant work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above.
• Work in a high hiring-bar environment.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English, can be used as a working language.
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to proactively network and establish effective work relationships.
• A plus for candidates with AI industry related knowledge and experience of working in the AI industry.
