Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight
- Oversee the daily operations of all clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor and standardize clinic workflows and operational practices across locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits.
- Financial Management
- Participate in and provide input for P&L planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Control and optimize manpower and consumable costs in line with budget targets.
- Analyze financial data and develop strategies to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic plans for the growth, development, and improvement of the business unit.
- Identify opportunities for expansion (new services, locations, partnerships).
- Lead the execution and evaluation of new projects and service innovations.
- Team & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinic managers and frontline staff across all branches.
- Ensure optimal staffing levels, training, and resource allocation.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Clinical & Service Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistent delivery of high clinical standards and patient-centered service quality.
- Monitor clinical KPIs and service quality metrics; implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with clinical and quality teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Project Execution & Evaluation
- Lead and support the rollout of new initiatives, services, or process changes.
- Use data-driven approaches to evaluate project outcomes and impact.
- Continuously refine and scale successful initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Clinic operational efficiency and cost ratios
- P&L performance of the department
- Patient satisfaction and service quality scores
- Staff engagement and turnover metrics
- Timeliness and effectiveness of project execution
- Clinical compliance and audit outcomes
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8–10 years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership role.
- Experience with P&L management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and service excellence.
