Job Details:

• Location: Chinatown Point
• Salary: $10/hr + $8 per day for shift 3*
• Duration: Immediate - Min 2 Months
• Working hours: Mon-Sun, 6 days per week (rostered)
• Shifts:
• Shift 1 – 9.30am to 5.30pm
• Shift 2 – 12 noon to 8pm
• Shift 3 – 2pm to 10pm*
• Shift 4 – 10.30am to 6.30pm

Job Description:

1. Responding promptly to shoppers' inquiries.
2. Communicating with shoppers through various channels including face-to-face and emails.
3. Acknowledging and resolving shoppers' complaints.
4. Providing directions to shoppers.
5. Keeping records of shoppers' interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Communicating and coordinating with the team as necessary.
7. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
8. Assisting with all matters related to the mall’s Chinese New Year campaign, including mall redemptions, lucky draws, voucher redemptions, gift wrapping/tag redemptions, providing gift wrapping services, event photography, poster changes, premium sorting, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Attire: Black Plain Polo T-shirt with jeans and covered shoes.
• Able to start immediately and commit throughout the contract period.
• Some customer service experience would be advantageous.
