Full Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and execute project delivery within the specified time, budget, and client expectations.

  • Monitor progress, identify critical activities, and ensure smooth on-site operations to meet targets.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, such as consultants and subcontractors/suppliers, for flawless project execution.

  • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Ensure project execution aligns with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications, and regulations.

  • Manage resource availability and allocation effectively.

  • Develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress.

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Oversee all construction site matters, including safety and compliance issues.

  • Report project status and issues to management as needed.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

  • Must have experience with main contractors.

  • Must have experience with HDB projects.
