Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Logistics Executive (Inventory) is responsible for Inventory Management, including the movement of inventory from Inbound, Storage and Outbound. To ensure that established Inventory Management processes are followed both in the ERP/WMS systems and physical process. Constant review existing processes for improvements or establish new processes based on business needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure and monitor established processes are followed for Stocks Receiving (Inbound/Returns/Put-Away) both in the ERP/WMS systems and physical process
- Ensure all Inbound shipments are monitored once Purchase Orders are issued and to coordinate with shipping agents/transporter for the trucking in/out of container
- Responsible to ensure and monitor established processes are followed for the tracking of stocks movements (Storage/Transfer/Replenishment/Picking/Packing/Outbound) both in the ERP/WMS system and physical process
- Responsible to ensure and monitor through the generation of stocks ageing reports to alert expiring and slow-moving stocks as well as to conduct cycle count to investigate and address stock variances
- To lead warehouse value added services requirements for co-packing, repacking, labelling, frozen thaw etc
- Responsible for WMS system Bin maintenance/creation, reporting and generating of WMS reports on throughput/storage capacity/storage period
- Ensure the proper upkeep of related documentation and filing, including the posting of inventory transactions into the ERP/WMS systems
- Other assignments that may be required by HOD.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or,
- Min. 5 years of experience in related field, preferably F&B Operational related role.
- Possess positive attitude and initiative
- Ability to lead and work well as a team
- Possess good communication skills – both written and verbal
