Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work at construction sites and work closely with workers, contractors, and clients.

• Make sure projects finish on time, stay within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Check that tools, materials, and equipment are used properly and not wasted.

• Plan and organize work schedules for the team.

• Travel to and manage several work sites.

• Give out tasks to workers, and help train and guide them to work better.

• Solve problems or misunderstandings between workers, clients, or other contractors.

• Report progress and issues to management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working on construction sites in Singapore.

• Must have a valid Class 3 Driving License.

• Able to speak and understand both English and Chinese.

• Can read and understand construction drawings and follow plans.

• Good knowledge of construction work, safety rules, and how to use equipment.
