Job description

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing centered around each person. Reporting to the Radiography Lead, you will oversee planning, implementation, and operational readiness of imaging IT systems for EGH. You will design and integrate the IT systems in compliance with healthcare IT standards and requirements. You will ensure system configurations align with clinical workflows and organisational objectives. You will provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and patient care delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (Radiography) or equivalent Degree from a recognised university with relevant experience in imaging IT systems preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experiences, preferably with RIS/PACS in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience integrating healthcare IT systems, ensuring interoperability between imaging IT systems and other clinical applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networkconfigurations, database management, and data security practices relevant to healthcare IT.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and support staff in system operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clinical staff, IT teams, vendors, and management.
