The Responsibilities:

  1. Propose & execute business plans including Product Mix, Channel Mix & Geography Mix.
  2. Recruit new partners and increase market share in the assigned territory.
  3. Manage primary partners such as AGP/AES/AWP/SFRs/MFRs, drive sell-through, inventory control, and sell-out plans to achieve sales targets. Resolve business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication to maintain sustainable relationships.
  4. Gather and monitor competitor and market information to inform pricing and promotion strategies.
  5. Coordinate with the branch channel marketing team to develop POSM requirements and marketing plans.
  6. Implement marketing initiatives with the marketing team to maximize brand awareness and image.
  7. Drive channel development and business development initiatives with the ACM/CSE team, including top-down channel action plans.
  8. Monitor KPI achievements of the ISP team and suggest necessary actions to BSMs.
  9. Manage training for internal teams and external customers, sharing information effectively.
  10. Coordinate with branch service teams and HO back office to resolve disputes and support partner growth.
  11. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

The Requirements:

  1. A self-starter capable of working independently and engaging cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
  2. 5 years of experience in components retail channel and system builders for the Senior Account Manager role.
  3. Non-experienced candidates may be considered for the Account Manager role.
  4. Strong PC skills preferred.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; independent and self-motivated.
  6. Energetic, dynamic, optimistic, and customer service-oriented.
  7. Strong analytical skills and ability to work under stress.
