Accounts Executive (Inventory, Woodlands)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end entries, trade accounts payable, and inventory processes.
• Oversee inventory write-offs, stock takes, and cost calculations.
• Handle fixed asset creation, invoice matching, and audit preparation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and journal adjustments.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Proficiency in using NAV system.

Salary: $3,500 to $3,800
