Responsibilities
  • Attend to reception duties.
  • Submit Medisave applications, check account balances on CPF website, print and record information into HIS.
  • Seek approval and prepare documents for refunds.
  • Accept appointments, collect and dispatch laboratory specimens.
  • Assist doctors during consultations as a chaperone.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and inform the Centre Manager for corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update quality records according to standard guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports, filing, typing, mailing, and ordering supplies.
  • Send monthly bills to clinics.
  • Provide secretarial support to doctors and department heads.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant healthcare or clinic experience.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
