Who do we need?
As the first point of contact with prospective customers, the Mid Market Sales Representative has full responsibility for delivering a positive customer experience that will set the stage for continued engagement and growing interest in Monotype’s type, technology, and expertise. The Mid Market Sales Representative will interact with prospective clients via telephone, email and other technologies. This individual will have responsibility for a set of personal goals that may include revenue targets, conversions from lead to opportunity, trial commitments, etc.
Integrity, exceptional communication and customer engagement skills, hard work, a flexible mindset open to learning and adapting, and an internal drive to succeed are foundational in the success of this role. Another important role of the Mid Market Sales Rep is to support the field Account Managers with complex quotes, creation of contractual paperwork and other administrative tasks, while helping existing clients (some high profile, large brands and agencies) with any queries they may have and spotting opportunities to turn some of these queries into future sales.
