Position Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role plays a crucial part in the financial health of the organization.

Key Accountabilities - including but not limited to:

1. Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle
2. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
5. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements
6. Assist in preparation for audits and liaising with external auditors
7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes
8. Assist in tax compliance and reporting
9. Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the finance department

Working Relationships

1. Internal: Collaborate with various teams including finance, operations, and management
2. External: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and vendors

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
