Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  1. Assist with day-to-day operations in the administrative and HR departments.
  2. Support manpower planning and the recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate selection, interview arrangements, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
  3. Prepare employment documents such as Letters of Appointment, Confirmation letters, and Employment Contracts.
  4. Manage monthly payroll processing, leave management, medical records, and address employee queries related to HR matters.
  5. Coordinate training and development initiatives and manage employee and executive leave.
  6. Handle statutory submissions and claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims).
  7. Maintain and update the payroll database system.
  8. Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  9. Update MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially addresses.
  10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Preferably a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
  3. Preferably experienced with iREP payroll software.
