Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the administrative and HR departments.
- Support manpower planning and the recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate selection, interview arrangements, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Prepare employment documents such as Letters of Appointment, Confirmation letters, and Employment Contracts.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, leave management, medical records, and address employee queries related to HR matters.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives and manage employee and executive leave.
- Handle statutory submissions and claims (CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS pay, maternity and childcare claims).
- Maintain and update the payroll database system.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Manpower for work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Update MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially addresses.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Preferably experienced with iREP payroll software.
