Job description

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee day/night shift warehouse and admin operations. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, ensure accurate stock handling, and maintain smooth daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team; delegate tasks and ensure smooth shift operations
• Manage both warehouse picking and operations admin duties
• Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate posting of items
• Handle night order intakes from customers and retail as per management instructions
• Ensure all orders are confirmed (via Zolo system)
• Print picking notes and ensure alignment with SOP
• Verify pick notes: check stock quantity, sign off, and tick CL numbers
• Use Navision for staging, picking notes, and printing invoices
• Consolidate dry stock and place orders accordingly
• Ensure all stock releases to drivers are checked (physical vs invoice)
• Oversee driver loading for home deliveries and customer stock
• Maintain cleanliness and complete domestic duties before clocking out
• Provide updates via WhatsApp to the next shift regarding any pending issues
• Ensure smooth operations for all night shifts
• Perform item code checks and inventory spot checks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Report clearly to immediate supervisor on any key updates or issues
• Operate forklift and reach truck in accordance with safety SOPs

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or warehouse supervision
• Familiar with warehouse software systems (e.g., Navision)
• Able to operate forklift and reach truck (license preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with shift work (day/night rotation)
• Immediate start
