PRIVATE INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE | FAMILY OFFICE | FIG COVERAGE

Our client, an established single family office with regional presence, is looking to ramp up their activities in Southeast Asia. With increased interest to deploy dry powder in the region, they are looking to onboard an Investment Associate that can help to strengthen their cause.

The Investment Associate will be responsible for the full range of investment execution work, which includes financial modelling and valuations, carrying out due diligence, pitching to stakeholders, down to structuring and negotiation of the deals. The Associate will support divestment work as well.

The Associate should come with at least 3-5 years investment experience with a bulge bracket investment bank, preferably with FIG (Financial Institutions Group) deal exposure. Investment candidates with FIG deal exposure coming from private equity or venture capital firms, or established advisory firms, will be considered. This role is applicable for Singaporeans or PRs.
