Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the management and execution of change across our diverse project portfolio. This role involves working closely with our project management team and clients to ensure successful change implementation, from initial discovery through to post-deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, development, communications, and Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities:

General:

  • Execute and support a comprehensive change management plan while assessing change impact.
  • Engage in stakeholder management to ensure alignment across client's project teams and business units.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align change management and project timelines.
  • Provide weekly updates and documentation to keep the organization informed.
  • Supply necessary documentation to support change management activities.
  • Able to work effectively with a regional project team.

Detailed Project Lifecycle Responsibilities:

Discovery:

  • Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Support user engagement sessions to refine functional requirements and maximize platform value.
  • Facilitate future process development and documentation in collaboration with the development team.

Build Phase:

  • Develop and organize enablement plans to prepare business users for platform adoption and UAT support.
  • Create training materials, including decks and manuals, and oversee training program delivery.
  • Address concerns and feedback from the client’s project team and business units.

UAT (User Acceptance Testing):

  • Lead sessions with business units to clarify UAT involvement and validation requirements.

Go-Live:

  • Manage organizational-wide communications for go-live phase.
  • Ensure user training materials are comprehensive and supportive for client needs post-deployment.
  • Facilitate post-deployment analysis to assess change impact and address client concerns.
