Job description

Triflex is a German family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing and distributing reliable waterproofing solutions for building protection. Our core expertise lies in waterproofing systems and coating materials for the construction sector. Our production, development, and central functions are based in Minden, Germany, with a global presence through our sales and distribution offices, including Singapore.

We are seeking a Customer Sales Support Admin for our Singapore office. The successful candidate will primarily focus on customer care and sales support. Immediate availability and experience in the construction or freight forwarding industries are highly desirable. Responsibilities:
  1. Attend to customer inquiries and resolve issues appropriately.
  2. Prepare and process order confirmations, invoices, and delivery orders; coordinate order collection from the warehouse.
  3. Monitor customer payment due dates and coordinate necessary actions such as write-offs, product replacements, or credit notes.
  4. Maintain a database of project details, including photos and videos, for marketing purposes and coordinate the creation of case studies and references.
  5. Procure brochures, sample strips, and corporate giveaways.
  6. Handle customer calls and emails.
  7. Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Relevant industry certification or study, and at least 2 years of full-time relevant work experience. Immediate availability is preferred.
