Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of IT Senior Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY

Part of the Technical Development Team to manage and support small to medium mobility solutions projects, including service planning, design, testing, and execution of solutions to ensure timely delivery and achievement of project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support small to medium mobility solutions projects to ensure successful delivery and goal attainment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements and system design for development.
• Perform solution testing, including functional and interface testing, from test strategy and planning to execution and problem resolution.
• Manage UAT issues diligently, ensuring all reported cases are resolved promptly with minimal impact on the project timeline.
• Execute solution deployment activities, provide technical support, and implement corrective actions post-implementation to ensure smooth business operations.
• Participate throughout the development lifecycle for both in-house and contract-based development to ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and tested according to technical standards and best practices.
• Support global/regional technical solutions rollout to the SEA region.
• Work closely with the Business Team to create strategic and technical roadmaps for future business development.
• Stay updated on technological trends and leverage this knowledge to bring innovative solutions to supported business units, enhancing the enterprise's competitive edge.
• Continuously improve working processes and development efficiency.
• Support other strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT/Technical Solution System Development with strong knowledge of SDLC.
• Good business acumen with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proactive with strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel within the South East Asia region.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, and presentation skills.
