This role involves managing a team, resolving issues related to orders, and preparing sales forecasts. The ideal candidate will be proactive in coordinating with various departments and ensuring smooth operations.

• Lead a team of Inside-sales Specialists and resolve order-related issues.
• Prepare weekly forecasts and sales reports.
• Coordinate pricing with Sales Directors and confirm deliveries.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Inside-sales Specialists. Help resolve difficult issues related to orders, shipments, and claims.
• Review and develop the performance of the Inside-Sales team.
• Prepare weekly forecasts, sales, and orders reports.
• Maintain the JDE Customer Address Book.
• Perform administrative duties, including office and branch management, liaising with tax agents, company secretaries, and local authorities.
• Gather technical information from Product Managers.
• Coordinate pricing with Sales Directors.
• Confirm deliveries with Manufacturing.
• Distribute quotes to customers, Key Account Managers, agents, and management.
• Review purchase orders with Account Managers to address variances between orders and customer requirements.
• Distribute order confirmations to customers, Key Account Managers, agents, and management.
• Obtain letters of credit, monitor shipping dates, and inform relevant parties.
• Follow up on accounts receivable.
• Review order statuses and highlight potential delivery issues to sales.
