Operational Ownership:
  • Ensure consistency and high quality in taste, presentation, and food temperature
  • Maintain cleanliness and quality of food displays
  • Ensure effective communication among hosts
  • Ensure compliance with local food service legislation and standards
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and cleanliness
  • Follow grooming standards for kitchen personnel
  • Develop recipes and menus for special occasions and new items
Administrative:
  • Conduct monthly meetings covering updates, achievements, challenges, costs, feedback, hygiene, and financials
  • Coordinate banquet events and food production details
  • Prepare CAPEX budgets for equipment
Financial Performance:
  • Control purchase orders, inventory, and food costs
  • Review profit and loss statements and conduct market surveys
People Management:
  • Delegate duties, train staff, conduct performance appraisals, and develop talent
Sustainability:
  • Follow waste reduction and environmental practices, respecting cultural surroundings
General:
  • Perform additional duties, behave professionally, abide by company values, respect cultures, be proactive, punctual, and flexible in deployment across hotels
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED with 5 years’ related experience, or a degree with at least 10 years’ experience in culinary or F&B management
