Operational Ownership:
- Ensure consistency and high quality in taste, presentation, and food temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and quality of food displays
- Ensure effective communication among hosts
- Ensure compliance with local food service legislation and standards
- Monitor kitchen equipment and cleanliness
- Follow grooming standards for kitchen personnel
- Develop recipes and menus for special occasions and new items
Administrative:
- Conduct monthly meetings covering updates, achievements, challenges, costs, feedback, hygiene, and financials
- Coordinate banquet events and food production details
- Prepare CAPEX budgets for equipment
Financial Performance:
- Control purchase orders, inventory, and food costs
- Review profit and loss statements and conduct market surveys
People Management:
- Delegate duties, train staff, conduct performance appraisals, and develop talent

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED with 5 years’ related experience, or a degree with at least 10 years’ experience in culinary or F&B management
