Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure contract performance and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction levels.

  • Organize and lead customer meetings.

  • Address and resolve customer claims with corrective action plans.

  • Identify business development opportunities.

  • Ensure long-term sustainability of customer contracts.

Operations Oversight:
  • Assist with supplier contract development in collaboration with strategic partners.

  • Handle customer technical inquiries in coordination with internal departments.

  • Develop and document operational procedures.

  • Support bidding processes and manage retrofit campaigns.

  • Oversee logistics coordination among all stakeholders.

  • Provide regular reporting and escalate issues to leadership.

Quality & Compliance:
  • Promote continuous improvement with vendors and service providers.

  • Ensure timely closure of quality-related actions.

  • Support customs compliance and transportation regulations.

Project Coordination & Autonomy:
  • Propose solutions and drive their implementation with managerial input.

  • Collaborate with other departments and ensure clear reporting lines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in aviation/aerospace customer support or supply chain roles.

  • Background in logistics, air freight, or SCM is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Proficient in Excel; SAP and knowledge of airline operations are advantageous.
