This position involves managing HRIS, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. SEJ is one of the largest food solutions providers in Singapore, and we are currently looking for an HR Executive seeking a long-term career in HR.
This HR Executive will be required to:
Manage and maintain our HRIS system, including data entry, report generation, and system updates.
Provide comprehensive HR support to employees throughout the entire lifecycle, including but not limited to onboarding, off boarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
Assist in various HR projects, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, and policy development.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
This HR Executive is expected to:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Converse in Chinese with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
Able to work as a team player and contribute solely at times
Show initiative and willingness to learn
Able to think critically and show sound judgment on the unexpected.
Able to work 5.5 days(Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am to 1pm)
