Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director and Deputy Director
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Assist with travel arrangements for work-related trips, including booking and itinerary planning
Process claims, reimbursements, and payments in accordance with institutional guidelines
Handle departmental procurement and track purchases
Maintain inventory and records of departmental assets, loan items, and licensed software
Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Follow up on action items from meetings and maintain proper documentation
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on administrative matters
Support onboarding logistics and oversee general office operations for the department
Requirements:
Min. Diploma/Degree in relevant field
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Min. 2-3 yrs of admin & secretarial experience
