Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Programme Executive to join our SPOT: Beyond team. This role is instrumental in shaping holistic and engaging programmes for CDAC children. The ideal candidate is creative, organised, and empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for youth development.
Job Responsibilities
1. Programme Design and Development
Conceptualise and design engaging and age-appropriate programmes under the SPOT: Beyond framework.
Innovate new programme components that support the development of children's academic, socio-emotional, and life skills.
Continuously assess and improve programme content based on feedback and outcomes.
2. Vendor Engagement and Collaboration
Identify, liaise with, and manage external vendors or facilitators for programme delivery.
Co-develop programme components with vendors to ensure alignment with SPOT: Beyond’s educational goals.
Monitor vendor performance and programme effectiveness.
3. Programme Scheduling and Coordination
Develop termly and yearly calendars for SPOT: Beyond sessions.
Ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of sessions across multiple centres.
Maintain accurate programme records and update internal systems regularly.
4. Centre Operations and Resource Planning
Work closely with the Centre Management Team to coordinate rosters and venue arrangements.
Support logistical planning and troubleshoot on-the-ground operational challenges.
5. Child Engagement and Support
Collaborate with the Student Learning Support Team to foster positive relationships with participating children.
Be a caring adult figure by building rapport and offering guidance and encouragement to children.
Monitor child well-being and flag any concerns for early intervention
Work Locations:
Tanjong Katong & Bukit Panjang. Candidates must be willing to travel between our Tanjong Katong and Bukit Panjang locations.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in programme coordination within the arts, culture, or education sectors.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with digital platforms and social media is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by programme schedules.
