Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Accountant for a 4-month maternity cover. The role requires strong expertise in group consolidation, including NCI, JVs, associates, multi-currency entities, and SGX reporting.

Summary:

• Salary: Up to SGD 7,000/month

• Working Hours: 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM

• Duration: 4 months (Maternity Cover)

• Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred

The Role:

• Oversee timely, accurate month-end closings and financial reporting

• Review invoices, billings, journal entries, and bank reconciliations

• Handle intercompany transactions and group consolidation (NCI, JV, associates, FX)

• Prepare SGX-compliant reports and management accounts

• Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and tax filings (GST, corporate tax, PAYG, MAS)

• Assist with budgeting, planning, and process improvements

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to group consolidation and SGX reporting
