Job Description:
- Full HR spectrum management including recruitment, compensation/benefits management, development of policies, employee remuneration package and other aspects.
- Provide day-to day administrative support and work closely with Operations Team
- Handle the employees’ grievances and complaints
- Organize CSR, teambuilding, staff engagement events, and activities
- Manage employee relations and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Cultivate a positive workplace culture and boost employee engagement by creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel valued and respected.
- Responsible for handling all work pass applications, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, job offers, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- To plan, develop and implement appropriate HR policies, strategies and processes to ensure that they are effective and aligned to organization goals and growth.
- Provide advice on employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace.
- Design and implement new wage models
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Positive attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
- Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
- Strong foundation in HR processes and practices
- At least 3 years' of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR activities
- Able to design and implement new wage models
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
