The Data Platform Business Partnering Product Manager (BP PM) team aims to build TikTok's business data product system to empower our business. We have developed several business data portals based on our data warehouse and engineering technology. Our future challenges include deepening our understanding of business scenarios and building data product services to improve efficiency. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for planning and designing data products across various business value chains.
2. Deep dive into business scenarios, develop data product design solutions, connect data platform resources, and implement solutions.
3. Gain insights into the industry by combining business and industry understanding, and develop big data solutions to support business growth.
4. Collaborate closely with business teams to produce product solutions and promote their adoption.
5. Use data tools to monitor product operation and analysis, optimize continuously, and ensure the best user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Sciences, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of product management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a business or platform product from inception to launch.
• Technical background with product planning and design experience.
• Proven ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong ownership.
• Project management skills with the ability to execute and support product improvements efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience analyzing large-scale data sets and making data-driven decisions.
