Job Description
  • Support in the effective execution of corporate/special projects.
  • Perform phlebotomy service onsite as part of a professional phlebotomy team.
  • Extend superior care and customer service during phlebotomy administration.
  • Always display a high level of professionalism and quality standards.
  • Ensure smooth workflow in managing specimen reception.
  • Good clients’ relations and attend to service issues arising from assigned projects.
  • Maintain consistent service and productivity in a demanding work environment.
  • Support escalated complaints cases to ensure satisfactory service recovery and corrective action is taken.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Candidate should possess a Certification in phlebotomy.
  • Proven experience working as a phlebotomist in a clinical or laboratory setting.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skill using effective venepuncture techniques.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous and keen attention to detail
