Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Creating a welcoming environment for employees, internal and external clients, by providing authentic, caring, and timely service.
  2. Fostering a sense of community and creating happiness at work for our clients.
  3. Curating a welcoming and collaborative community environment that supports an inclusive culture for our employees.
  4. Building relationships with our employee community and proactively gathering information to anticipate their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
  5. Managing workplace communications and the channels used to share local information, building updates, and upcoming events with our employee community.
  6. Supporting and guiding employees on how to use amenities to maximize productivity.
  7. Planning and executing community events to promote employee networking, wellness, and our mission.
  8. Collaborating with other Community Representatives to share best practices and seek advice on specific issues.
  9. Managing all aspects of the account’s soft services.
  10. Performing work ethically and with cultural sensitivity and integrity.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Having good knowledge of surrounding amenities (e.g., ATM locations, restaurants, train stations).
  • Supporting the Workplace Team in responding to corporate service requests.
  • Ordering office supplies and booking meeting rooms.
  • Providing Helpdesk support by responding to requests and tickets logged into the Corrigo platform, ensuring follow-up.
  • Updating the list of vendors and contacts.
  • Assisting in collating monthly reports.
  • Supporting other operational or business needs as assigned by the manager.
  • Handling vendor invoices, including coding and tracking payments.
  • Responding to ‘fix me’ stickers and closing the feedback loop.
