Job description

Sales Engineer (Genset)/Data Center / Up to $6,500 + $250 Allowance
  1. Source new business opportunities by analyzing market strategies and evaluating requirements.

  2. Collaborate with teams to close deals and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  3. Ensure data entry into CRM and generate forecasts for budgets and sales targets.

  4. Assess engagement levels from distribution channels to ensure deal closures.

  5. Provide guidance on pricing and quotation strategies to the distribution network.

  6. Support strategic alliances to expand solutions, products, services, and business networking.

  7. Provide marketing and technical support related to Data Center products to distribution partners and dealers.

  8. Analyze sales data for management and prepare materials for marketing collateral, trade journals, and conferences.

  9. Promote Data Center power products and solutions, including industry standards, design, and integration.

  10. Requirements:

    • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
    • At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the Data Center segment.
    • Knowledge of power generation products and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  1. Sales Engineer (Genset parts) / Up to $5,500 + $250 Allowance

  • Manage sales leads to ensure timely fulfillment and profitability.

  • Provide sales forecasts and pipeline plans to management.

  • Promote aftermarket products to distributors and develop sales strategies for new opportunities.
  • Study diesel industrial engines and support distributors.
  • Optimize inventory levels to reduce stock-up costs and ensure parts availability.
  • Maintain records of projects, pricing, sales, and activities.

  • Create presentations for sales teams, customers, and prospects.

  • Lead continuous improvement projects across functions.
    • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.

    • Willing to travel 10-15% within the APAC region.

    • Knowledge of spare parts and power generation products.
