• Compensation & Benefits: Basic salary $6,000 per month, performance bonus
• Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing full lifecycle of business contracts, from negotiation and drafting to execution and compliance oversight.
2. Leading business development initiatives and securing new contract opportunities.
3. Overseeing existing and upcoming project sites to ensure contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and timely delivery.
4. Driving project execution in coordination with site operational, and management teams.
5. Managing material planning, procurement, and tracking for project needs.
6. Allocating and overseeing manpower across all active projects to ensure optimal staffing and productivity.
7. Collaborating with legal, finance, procurement, and operations to align business strategy and execution.

• Working hours: This role allows for flexible working hours to accommodate project demands, including availability on weekends and public holidays when required.
