A leading country club in Singapore is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive corporate golf event sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client presentations, and managing corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a background in marketing or business administration. Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the corporate golf sector to generate revenue.
· Drive client acquisition for corporate golf events, maintaining a steady pipeline of new business.
· Conduct tours, presentations, and meetings with prospective members and corporate clients to showcase the Club's offerings and secure new business.
· Develop and implement outreach campaigns to attract new corporate clients and expand the Club's client base.
· Promote Tanah Merah Country Club as the preferred venue for corporate golf events through targeted marketing and strategic communications.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, sponsors, and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate and support the execution of corporate golf events, ensuring seamless client experiences.
· Collaborate with the F&B, Facilities, and Marketing departments to ensure alignment and smooth initiative execution.
· Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
· Identify new sales opportunities in social golf and build a network of potential sponsors.
· Analyze sales performance, market trends, and sponsor engagement; track activities and provide regular updates to management.
· Manage corporate accounts, including contracts, invoicing, and post-event follow-up for satisfaction and partnerships.
· Maintain customer relationships, identify risks or opportunities, and enhance retention, loyalty, and revenue.
· Keep the corporate club calendar updated, scheduling tournaments and social events.
· Develop and control marketing and sales budgets within financial limits.
· Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
· Ensure adherence to the Club’s corporate golf policies and broader guidelines.
· Perform other related tasks as assigned by superiors.
