A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building services and ensure effective communication with building owners. The role involves verifying information, administrative support, and requires a diploma in relevant fields. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Position: Facilities Manager
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $2,500 per month
Contract Type: Full-Time, 3 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
To contact building owners to verify changes to building information and energy consumption data.
To re-establish contact with building owners with invalid contact information.
To support the department with other ad-hoc administrative work.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or any other related Diplomas in sustainable development of the built environment.
Operating experience in building services, or facilities management is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel with analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
