Job description

Job Info:

  • Salary: Basic up to $3500

  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm)

  • Location: Central (Near to Telok Ayer mrt)

Job Scope:

1. Front Desk Services

  • Manage reception duties including visitor registration, call handling, mail/courier coordination, and liaison with building management for access and events

2. Internal Support & Onboarding

  • Prepare meeting rooms, provide light hospitality, and assist new hires and visitors in navigating office facilities and policies

3. Workplace Operations & Security

  • Oversee access card management, maintain clean shared spaces, coordinate with building management for repairs, and support meeting logistics and room setups

4. Inventory & Records Management

  • Maintain records (visitor logs, access, onboarding), update facility info on SharePoint, assist with admin tasks, and monitor supply levels

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role within a professional and fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrates strong situational awareness with the ability to take appropriate action and follow through while effectively mitigating risks

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to multitask and reprioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting

  • Capable of handling a broad range of tasks and managing sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (calendar management), and email.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with stakeholders across all levels.

  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
