Responsibilities:
- Observe and perform detailed investigations of new vehicle product problems in close cooperation with Workshop Executive & Technical support team.
- Compile quality issues reports to update Workshop Executive for review and immediate resolution.
- Assist PDI Executive in weekly toolbox meetings to update safety information and technical issues encountered.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Department in preparing for new car launches and press cars, along with retail operations.
- Ensure quality of service and achieve Sales NPS targets for new vehicle deliveries.
- Support test drives and address new vehicle related matters as needed.
- Conduct in-progress and final quality checks of vehicles.
- Monitor daily workshop carry-forward vehicles.
- Ensure accessories fitment aligns with Factory guidelines, with proper documentation.
- Maintain the use, condition, and maintenance of tools and workshop facilities.
- Maintain safety, order, tidiness in the workshop, and discipline among staff and vendors.
- Keep workshop areas and warranty parts storage clean and organized.
- Assist with other company requirements as directed, working within the authority of a Workshop Foreman.
- Help schedule PDI loading capacity to meet sales registration targets.
- Monitor work-in-progress status to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement.
- Perform other projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec with at least 5 years in an executive/foreman role.
- At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in a vehicle workshop environment.
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
