Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead local and regional sales efforts. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data for strategic insights, and directing the hiring and training of a team of Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, including Chinese Channel Partners. Job description

  • Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data and operational reports to project performance, determine profitability, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Plan and direct the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.
  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to optimize sales strategy and efforts.
  • Establish discount rates and pricing schedules aligned with market demands and company goals.
  • Identify and pursue emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
  • Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop effective sales strategies and goals.
  • Prepare sales budgets and monitor departmental expenses for cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Will be required to engage Chinese Channel Partners.
