- Oversee local and regional sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

- Plan and direct the hiring, onboarding, and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to optimize sales strategy and efforts.
- Establish discount rates and pricing schedules aligned with market demands and company goals.
- Identify and pursue emerging markets and new sales opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales quotas for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Will be required to engage Chinese Channel Partners.
- Proven negotiation and customer service expertise.
- Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, or similar productivity tools.
