ABOUT THE JOB:
General Duties
  • Conduct sales calls, analyze clients’ financial situations, present solutions, and service clients.
  • Check emails daily from customers and respond to inquiries regarding services, pricing, promotions, and other relevant matters.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their risk management and control activities, including control effectiveness and payment gateway integration.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and partners to provide services and foster trust among clients.
  • Follow established sales processes and procedures using the customer database.
  • Conduct cross-selling and upselling via email or telephone to existing clients.
  • Maintain client files according to company compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor and support customers with online payments.
  • Prepare reports and perform other tasks assigned by the team leader.
KPI:

Revenue targets as per company policy.
