Are you a finance technologist with a passion for high-performance trading systems? We’re working with an elite, globally distributed firm at the forefront of crypto markets—and we’re looking for someone exceptional to join their team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and optimize high-frequency trading strategies in the 24/7 crypto markets, working closely with seasoned traders based across APAC
• Build and refine low-latency systems in C++ with data work in Python. You'd work across data analysis to execution, ensuring robustness across global exchanges.
• Own the full lifecycle: ideation, development, deployment, and real-time monitoring of automated trading systems.
• Collaborate with a world-class team of traders and engineers to push the boundaries of performance and innovation.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in HFT, market making, or arbitrage in any asset class. Doesn't have to be Crypto.
• Strong C++ (Linux) background with a focus on low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Ability to balance speed and precision—shipping reliable code without missing market opportunities.
• Hands-on with system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting (network programming, profiling tools, Linux optimization a plus).
• Autonomous, proactive, and excited by the challenge of solving complex problems in real time.
