Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and improving the communication between the operational and developmental sides of the software development process

• Setup the Application infrastructure in Cloud and work with clients on the Hardening, VAPT and Maintain the infrastructure.

• Guide teams in designing, building, testing, and deploying changes to existing software.

• Enhance the company’s IT infrastructure security protocols.

• Identify manual processes that can be automated.

• Consider the organization’s entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements.

• Maintain and improve the company’s cloud infrastructure.

• Implement, install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and manage the configuration and maintenance of Linux application servers.

• Collaborate with team members to define product requirements and implementation.

• Identify, analyse, and report security vulnerabilities.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the MSCRM infrastructure.

• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the MSCRM environment.

• Perform Server Hardening, IIS and Cloud Hardening.

Requirements

• Degree in Computing/Information Technology or related field with 3-5 years Proven experience as a DevOps Lead

• Experience in working with Government Agencies.

• Experience in working GDC, GPC and GCC environments.

• Good to have hands on experience on SHIP-HATS

• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.

• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).

• Proven experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.

• Collaborative team spirit.

• Good to have hands on experience in MSCRM installation and Share point Installation.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes.

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Experience with MSCRM installation.

• Experience with Servers and Cloud Hardening.
